- Acceptance occurs only upon confirmation email

4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Colombian Pesos (COP)
- Payment methods include online payment and cash/card on delivery
- Payment authorization is required
We do not store card details.
5. Delivery Policy
- Orders before 2 PM: same-day delivery
- Orders after 2 PM: next-day delivery
- Cooked/pre-orders: within 24 hours
Delivery may be impacted by external factors beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for accurate delivery information and availability.
6. Product Description & Variations
- Product weights may vary up to ±10%
- Images are illustrative only
- Availability is subject to stock
7. Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Retracto)
Due to the perishable nature of products, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Colombian law.
8. Refund & Guarantee Policy
Barakah Meats & Cuts follows a no-refund policy, except where required by law.
Under Garantía Legal, valid claims may result in:

- Store credit
